What Happened at First

I mean I really mega dosed, 5 grams of vitamin C, 800 UI of E, 2 grams of Calcium, 3 grams of Omega-3, and a multi-vitamin. I was doing well working out regularly and so on. Until I became successful.

I got a very high stress time consuming job. I stopped working out to save time. I was sleeping about 4-6 hours a night even on week ends. I noticed after 2:00 pm I had trouble remembering what I was to do, had problems focusing and thinking. I compensated by coming to work earlier thinking I would get more time in.
